Nextmed: GLP-1 medication. I have prescribed before (Saxenda). I quit using it because it did not work as well as Phentermine and it costs about 1000.00 a month since medical insurance companies frequently do not pay for it. Its major mechanism of action seems to be the nausea it produces. Read this.
